Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions and deliver items as advertised.
2. Responsibility of Buyers
Buyers should carefully review product descriptions and seller policies before purchasing.
If you wish to return an item, you must contact the seller directly.
Buyers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by the seller.
3. Karpk’s Role
Karpk does not manufacture, store, or ship products.
We do not guarantee refunds or returns but may step in to mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
If a seller fails to honor their return or refund policy, Karpk may take action, including account suspension.
4. Non-Refundable Items/Services
Certain goods or services may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
Digital products or downloads.
Services once provided.
Perishable or custom-made items.
Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable by the seller.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you are unable to resolve an issue directly with the seller, you may contact Karpk support for assistance.
Karpk will review the case and may mediate, but final responsibility lies with the seller.
