karpk.com is operated by KARPK LLC, a limited liability company organized in Texas, United States.
KARPK offers digital products that may include ebooks, printable files, planners, journals, coloring and activity books, templates, educational materials, business resources, and other downloadable content.
2. Digital Products
Products currently sold on karpk.com are downloadable digital products. No physical item will be shipped.
No physical item will be shipped for a digital-only purchase.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, file format, compatibility information, dimensions, and other product details before purchasing.
3. Orders and Payments
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated at checkout.
KARPK LLC accepts payment through the payment methods displayed and enabled at checkout.
Where direct bank transfer is available, customers must transfer the full order amount using the bank details provided during checkout and include their Order ID as the payment reference.
Orders paid by bank transfer will remain on hold until the full payment has been received and verified. Digital products will not be released before successful payment confirmation.
Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the financial institutions involved. Any applicable bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges imposed by the customer’s bank are the customer’s responsibility.
Credit and debit card payments may be unavailable while KARPK LLC completes the setup of an online payment provider.
KARPK LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders where reasonably necessary, including payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unlawful activity.
Any applicable refunds will be handled according to the Refund & Returns Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Digital Delivery
Digital products are generally made available electronically after successful payment, such as through the order confirmation page, customer account, email, or another download method stated on the product page.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve legitimate download or access problems. For orders paid through direct bank transfer, download access is provided only after the payment has been received, verified, and the order has been processed.

Colors may appear differently depending on a customer’s screen, printer, paper, software, and device.
Customers should review the product description before purchasing to determine whether the product meets their needs.

6. Canva and Editable Templates
Where a product is specifically advertised as a Canva-editable template, the customer may need a Canva account and internet access to edit it.

KARPK is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva unless expressly stated otherwise.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred to the purchaser.
You may download and use the product for its permitted purpose.

- Share purchased download links or files with others.
- Upload our files to file-sharing websites.
- Claim KARPK designs or content as your own original work.
